Lesson Planning "Cheat Sheet"

Lesson planning. Some teachers cringe at the thought of it. I know that I have. I have spent countless hours writing lesson plans and making sure that I have everything "perfectly" planned, only to have them completely changed due to unforeseen circumstances. All sorts of things happen during the school day in general ed classes and special ed classes that change up what you thought you would be doing. With that said, routine is so important for our special kiddos. That's why I created a Lesson Planning "Cheat Sheet" for me. It is my "formula" for lesson planning. I simply have to plug in the various activities that we will doing. It makes lesson planning simple, quick, and, dare I say, FUN. It allows for consistency, receptiveness, and the mastery of skills. It's good for me, good for my aides, most importantly, good for my students. Also, it correlates perfectly with my student's goals and with my unit lesson plan, which you can buy on my TPT store here.

You can download a PDF version of the document here or a editable version simply comment here. Also, I am happy to answer any questions that you may have. Thanks!

Delightfully Dedicated.
